The customer has the right to request a refund and return the product under the following conditions:
- The customer can return the product and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason or incurring any charges, as per our exchange and return policy.
- For electronic payments, the customer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund within the specified cancellation period.
- If the customer has made an electronic payment and the product is not delivered within the expected delivery period, they are entitled to a refund.
- If the sold item is unavailable within the order confirmation period after electronic payment, the customer is entitled to a refund.
For refunds after the return of a product, it may take up to two weeks for the returned item to be received and processed. Once processed, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on the payment card statement.
For other refund cases, processing may take up to two weeks, followed by 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on the payment card statement.

If the refund status appears in your account section but the standard time frame has passed without receiving the refund, please contact your payment provider for further information.
